Account & Data Deletion
Ask the operator of your SonikTrax server to remove your account or specific personal information.
Updated September 18, 2026
Start with the server you use
Your account and music library belong to the server you configured in the app. SonikTrax does not host music or centrally manage accounts for independently operated servers. If you own the server, you control its account data and backups. If someone else runs it, contact that operator.
Send a deletion request
You do not need to sign in to use this site's contact form. Choose Account deletion, provide a private reply email, and include your username, server hostname and what you want removed. You can request account deletion or removal of specific personal data. Never provide a password or access token.
Messages reach the administrators of this website. They can address data on servers they operate or help identify the appropriate next step; they cannot delete data on an independent server. Your identity and authority to request deletion may need to be verified before any change.
What happens next
The form records a request for review; it does not immediately delete an account. The operator must assess account information, playlists, favorites, listening history, requests, connected-account data and other associated records, then confirm what was removed or what must be retained and why. There is no automatic deletion deadline provided by this form.
Shared library music files are separate from an individual account and are not automatically deleted with it. Removing an app, clearing its cache or closing a support request does not delete server data. Backups and records subject to security or legal retention may remain under the operator's retention policy.
